We cherish the rich natural beauty and hot spring culture of Kirishima, and our mission is to provide a space where guests can truly relax.
Founded in 1916 (Taisho 5), Kiyohime Onsen is the oldest hot spring establishment in the Kirishima and Hinatayama Onsen areas.
It has long been loved by many visitors for its deep-rooted history and hospitality.
Carrying on that tradition, Yumotoan Kiyohime was established in 2018.
We offer a luxurious healing retreat, featuring guest rooms with private open-air baths and flowing hot spring water directly from the source—renowned for its skin-beautifying properties.

The newly opened Kiri no Sato is an exclusive hideaway with just eight rooms, nestled in the vast nature and sea of clouds of Kirishima.
Here, guests can enjoy natural hot springs from renowned spring water, a drinkable cold bath, and authentic saunas
—offering a retreat experience that brings you into harmony with nature.

Yumotoan Kiyohime has evolved from a historic hot spring inn into a modern designer ryokan, with open-air baths in every room.
